I went to work yesterday again, continuously for a week. It is true that it is not really a good idea working in F&B industry. We have to tolerate with demanding, fussy customer. Some will asked "Can i have less spicy, less oil, more vegetables??" I don't feel irritated to do add in the order, but, the true is, I'm still not familiar with the system and afraid i will key in the incorrect order.
RECALL that 7 days in tcc....1) I received a complained from 2 horrible girls ( They wrote: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM WAITRESS)2) I received good comment from a sweet customer!! thank you!! =)
- They even asked whether i come from Shatec...
3) My colleague got pissed off with me. I shall keep quiet then....
(sorry~)4) Sweeping, mopping and washing the plates/cups/forks/spoons ( I didn't do that much housework at home compared to tcc)
